2018 Women Veterans Event

Hosted at Columbia's Elks Lodge, Friday evening brought out the artist and creativity in the women veterans as they painted under the guidance of Monty and Kristi from Paint the Town. Saturday, everyone was brought to life with Leslie Barnes as we did our morning movements and danced to "Happy".  Our day was not only informational, but also entertaining.  Our keynote speaker, Jennifer Foxworthy, showed everyone how to Take Care of Themselves as she made G.U.M.B.O., using her special spices and tools of life.  Even when a sour lemon lands in our soup, we have a spice that can even out that taste!  It was a wonderful time with wonderful friends, sisters of the armed forces!!
